Referral Status (Active / Inactive)
Active Status
A user is considered Active when their subscription plan (Bronze, Gold, or Diamond) is currently valid and paid.
Their subscription period has not expired.
They are eligible to receive instant referral rewards from new users they invite.
Their account and position in the network are fully functional.
All dashboard features and earnings remain available until the plan expires.
🕒 Example:
If a user activates the Gold Plan for 30 days, their status stays Active for the entire 30-day period.
Inactive Status
A user becomes Inactive automatically when their subscription plan expires and is not renewed.
While a user is Inactive:
They will not receive any referral rewards during the inactive period.
They can still receive new referrals (new users joining under their link), but they will not earn rewards from those referrals unless they were active at the moment of subscription.
Even if the user reactivates their plan later (with the same plan type as before), they will not receive retroactive rewards from referrals made while their account was inactive.
Their dashboard and account remain accessible, but earning features are locked until renewal.
⚠️ Important:
Users cannot switch (upgrade/downgrade) to a different plan when reactivating. They can only renew the same plan they had before becoming inactive.
